Bruce Gardiner Appraisal Service LLC will be starting in the Village of Cobb on Friday, June 5th for the revaluation process. Vehicles will be marked and the assessors will be carrying IDs. You will be seeing assessors viewing village properties for the foreseeable future, as they begin our Village assessment revaluation. Residents will begin receiving appointment letters. Please remember to be courteous to their staff. The revaluation is required by the State Department of Revenue to be in compliance. Contact the Village Office if you have questions.
